Join 9 Terms & Conditions — Full Terms of Use for the Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the join 9 platform (join9.onl) and all its services. By accessing, registering on, or using any service on join 9, you are deemed to have automatically agreed to these Terms.

General bonus terms and conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: To withdraw bonus winnings, you must meet a minimum wagering requirement. For example, a BDT 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you need to place BDT 10,000 in bets.
• Validity: Every bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses may only be used on specific games or sections.
• One-time use: The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per account.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except via cash-out).

• In a parlay bet covering multiple events, if one event is cancelled, it will be counted at odds of 1.0.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on join 9 and will result in permanent account closure:

1. Multiple Accounts: No individual may create or operate more than one account.
2. Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts or sharing bonuses with others in order to claim bonus offers.
3. Cheating: Cheating or using software to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting system.
4. Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of laundering illegal funds.
5. Third-Party Accounts: Placing bets on someone else's account or allowing others to use your account.
6. Threats or Harassment: Threatening or harassing join 9 staff or other members.
7. False Information: Using false or fraudulent documents during registration or identity verification.

Join 9 may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to cooperate with the KYC verification process
• Suspicious Financial Activity
• An account that has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
